Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Orvana. We carefully prepare every order and work to get it on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders typically require 1–5 business days to be prepared and fulfilled before shipment.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays. During periods of unusually high demand, product launches, inventory delays, or holidays, fulfillment may take longer than usual.

Once an order has entered fulfillment, it may no longer be possible to cancel it or change its shipping information.

United States Shipping

After fulfillment, estimated delivery times within the United States are:

  • Standard shipping: approximately 2–4 business days

  • Express shipping: approximately 1–3 business days

Delivery estimates begin after your order has shipped. Processing time and shipping time are separate.

These delivery windows are estimates rather than guarantees. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Shipping Rates

Available shipping methods and their associated costs will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping charges may vary according to:

  • Delivery destination

  • Package weight

  • Order size

  • Selected shipping method

Promotional or free-shipping offers may be subject to separate terms shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to begin displaying movement after the shipping carrier receives the package.

Please confirm that your email address is entered correctly when placing your order.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully before submitting your purchase.

Address changes may only be possible during the first two hours after an order is placed. Contact us immediately through our Contact page if you notice an error.

After an order enters fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that its address can be changed, redirected, or canceled.

Orvana is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost because the customer supplied an incomplete or incorrect address. Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be resent.

International Shipping

Where international shipping is available, eligible destinations and shipping charges will be displayed during checkout.

International delivery estimates do not include customs processing. International orders may experience delays caused by customs inspections, local postal services, import restrictions, or other circumstances outside Orvana’s control.

International customers are responsible for any applicable:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Brokerage fees

  • Local handling charges

  • Other fees imposed by the destination country

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee collected by Orvana unless expressly stated during checkout.

Customers are responsible for confirming that the products they order may legally be imported into their country. Orvana is not responsible for packages rejected, delayed, seized, or returned by customs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking information shows no movement for an extended period, or your order has not arrived by its estimated delivery date, please contact us through our Contact page.

Claims involving packages believed to be lost in transit must be reported no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

We will review the tracking information and work with our fulfillment and shipping partners to investigate the shipment. Approved claims resulting from a fulfillment or carrier error may qualify for a replacement or refund.

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are generally not considered lost in transit. Customers should first check with household members, neighbors, apartment management, and the local carrier office.

Returned and Unclaimed Packages

Packages may be returned to the fulfillment facility because of:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • An unsuccessful delivery attempt

  • Failure to collect the package

  • Refusal of delivery

  • Unpaid customs charges

Customers may be responsible for any additional cost required to resend an unclaimed or returned package.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return resulted from an error by Orvana or its fulfillment partner.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your order is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

We will review your claim and, when approved, arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.

Do not discard the affected product or packaging until your claim has been reviewed.

Separate Shipments

In some circumstances, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. When this occurs, additional tracking information may be provided for each shipment.
